Berrys provided the client with a full architectural service including initial concept discussions to ensure the design reflected the family’s needs. Following this detailed drawings were submitted where the floorplans had been carefully thought out to fit with the family’s lifestyle. External elevations provided a classic design which complements the surrounding mock Tudor style houses in the local vicinity, which also comprise of cream render and timber.
The team were pleased to design a large family home which entirely aligned with the family’s requests. The two-storey, four bedroom dwelling benefits from an open plan kitchen and dining room which includes a snug area, large utility area and WC/shower room. Additionally the ground floor has a separate lounge and office. The kitchen- diner has been designed with large bi-fold doors which integrate the large garden into the living space during the summer and benefit from outstanding views during the course of the year.
The first floor comprises of four bedrooms and the main bathroom. The master bedroom has been designed to include a large ensuite and dressing room. A large double garage has been provided for additional space with additional space above which can be used for further storage or office/ living space.
